Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using the nonne app (“the App”, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

nonne is a personal productivity app that lets you create and manage tasks, plan your day, and stay focused. We offer a Free plan and a Premium plan with additional features.

To use nonne you must create an account using Sign in with Apple or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and all activities carried out from your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

Billing: The Premium plan is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through the Apple App Store or Google Play depending on the platform where you made the purchase. The price is shown before you confirm the purchase.

Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your account settings in the App Store or Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial periods.

Free trial: If we offer a trial period, it will be specified in the App before purchase. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged the plan price.

Price changes: We reserve the right to modify prices. We will notify you with reasonable advance notice before any change affecting your active subscription.

By using nonne you agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal activities or activities that harm others
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Reproduce, sell, or distribute the App or its content without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use scripts, bots, or automated means to access the Service

nonne and all its contents (design, code, logos, text, graphics) are the exclusive property of its creators and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights over such content except the limited personal use right described in section 7.

Content you create within the App (tasks, notes, etc.) is yours. We claim no ownership over it.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use nonne on your personal devices, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the applicable app store.

We strive to keep nonne available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily interrupt the Service for maintenance or causes beyond our control without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nonne is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $10 USD if you have made no payments.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via a notice in the App or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico.
